ANC Invites Dealers to Explore the Production Process of Its Smart Cell

From July 5 to July 7, 2024, the YOE ● ANC (Smart Cell) Wushuang¹ Battery Discovering Tour was held in Shangrao/Yingtan, Jiangxi. In this event, Farizon and its outstanding dealers nationwide attended the event and participated in the tour to explore the intelligent manufacturing story behind ANC smart cell.

During this tour, ANC invited the guests to visit the factory and theme corridors located at the headquarters in Shangrao, Jiangxi, and introduced the overall heritage and development history of ANC to the guests. Afterwards, the participants held a symposium in the Taotang Conference Room of ANC Headquarters. At the meeting, Ms. Liu Xiaoli, General Manager of ANC Technology EV Power/Oversales Sales Department, introduced the overall situation and latest development of ANC to the participants in detail, and explained ANC's new product spectrum, showing the guests the strong technical strength behind ANC (Smart Cell). At the meeting, Ms. Cha Xiufang, CMO of ANC Technology, and ANC's senior management team answered dealers' concerns and questions about batteries, providing dealers with a full range of product technology explanations and safety confidence guarantees.

Unique Intelligent Manufacturing
After the meeting, ANC invited guests to visit the Yingtan Smart Factory to experience the smart manufacturing of ANC. The technicians disassembled ANC 46.08kwh Wushuang power battery currently installed in Farizon vehicles on site and gave a comprehensive explanation from its  structure to the role of each component in the operation of the vehicle, giving a visual interpretation of ANC intelligent manufacturing.

ANC 46.08kwh Wushuang power battery has an IP67 standard protection safety level and has passed GB38031 safety performance testing. It adopts a thermal management mode of natural cooling + heating film, allowing the vehicle to cope with extremely cold and hot environments.

The 46.08kwh power system disassembled in this tour can fully cover the transportation needs of the urban distribution market in terms of endurance, power, and safety level, and provide users with the highest operational value. In terms of endurance, users are promised a one-year or 1 million-kilometer operation guarantee; in terms of energy replenishment support, the highest 3C continuous charging can be achieved, that is, SOC from 20% to 80% only takes 12 minutes; in terms of safety, a safe house protection design is adopted, equipped with aerospace-grade materials to protect user’s property and life safety. This is the flagship product in ANC’s power product series - the 46.08Kwh power battery, which is committed to optimizing solutions to users' various pain points.

In 2023, ANC won the sixth place in the 2023 new energy logistics vehicle annual loading ranking list with a loading volume of 285.41MWh which has risen by 2 places compared to 2022.Relying on its own brand and product advantages, ANC once ranked third in monthly sales in 2023, and performed outstandingly among a number of power batteries.

At the dinner of this event, Mr. Xu Xiaoming, General Manager of ANC, once again answered the dealers' questions about Wushuang batteries, firmly strengthened the dealers' confidence in terms of product performance, product guarantee, and product value, seeking for joint development with our dealers.

On July 7th, ANC invited the guests to visit Longhu Mountain, one of the most famous Taoist mountain in China.

During this tour, ANC demonstrated its soft and hard strengths to the guests through on-site visits and conference communication, and presented its Wushuang batteries to customers and users in the most authentic state.
